1. Wickman House // Ellison Bay

Featuring a menu “inspired fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and gardens” and located in an old estate with so much history, you’ll feel the hospitality and legacy the second you walk through the doors. You’ll also find the best craft cocktails you’ll ever have. It’s worth it just for that, but the food is also spectacular.

2. Wild Tomato // Locations in Sister Bay and Fish Creek

This place can get busy (because it’s SO good!). Probably my favorite pizza ever. Wood-fired and some really creative specialty pizzas. They also do carry out and have frozen pizzas!

3. CHOP // Sister Bay

The place on the list we go back to again and again because it’s just so good! A steakhouse with a display kitchen and outdoor seating, you just can’t go wrong with this choice! The BEST mule I’ve ever had (can you tell we judge a place by their craft cocktails?) with a syrup that they make from scratch (and won’t release the recipe).

4. Chives // Bailey’s Harbor

Farm to table seasonal and local ingredients, you’re sure to find something to love here. Our favorites: the chicken and goat cheese wontons and the DoCo Burger! We especially love the food trucks outdoors here in the summer!

5. Barringers // Fish Creek

Truffle parmesan fries, Asian fried Brussel sprouts, and the lobster mac n’ cheese are some of our favorites here! They have an outdoor fireplace and a really cool indoor/outdoor bar.

6. Donny’s Glidden Lodge // Sturgeon Bay

Wisconsin supper club with amazing Lake Michigan views. It’s a favorite among the locals and make sure to make a reservation!

7. JJ’s La Puerta // Sister Bay

Mexican restaurant located on the marina of Sister Bay that is known for FUN. Our favorite ever salsa and you have to try the famous Bernie shot. A drink here on the patio at sunset is one of our favorite ways to start a night.

8. Lure // Sister Bay

Locally sourced fish and handcrafted cocktails that’s kid friendly. We recommend the crabcakes and cherry pie!

9. Trixie’s // Ephraim

Sister restaurant to Wickman House and the cutest building in one of our favorite DC towns, you’ll love the style and elevated taste that this restaurant brings. Sustainable and organic and locally sourced is their mission and you’ll find unique sandwhiches, salads, soups and a curated list of wines.

10. Coyote Roadhouse // Bailey’s Harbor

“Tasty twists on tradional fare” and a place where “everyone knows your name” is touted on their website and couldn’t be more true. Located at the northern tip of Kangaroo Lake, head here for a guarnateed fun time. We highly recommend the “Kanga” Reuben and Bloody Mary’s!

PC Junction // If you have kids, this is a must! The bar has a train that delivers your food and entertains the kids! Grab an ice cream cone when you’re done with dinner and head out back to the 4 person bikes, feeding pigs, giant chess set and more!

Al Johnson’s // the famous Swedish breakfast place (unbelievable pancakes) with goats on the roof!
